• Compatible with Step ‘N Tilt Aerator versions 2, 3, and 4. Includes two sets of standard replacement tines. Creates 3.4" deep, 0.79" holes. Case-hardened for durability; sharpen with a grinding stone or replace when worn
• Two tine sets create four holes per step. Start with one set regardless of weight; add the second after gaining experience if over 150lbs. Two sets are significantly harder to use
• Use on grassed areas only; tines clog in bare soil. Aerate one day after at least 1" of rain or irrigation (run sprinkler zones 60-90 min). Soil must be very moist; water needs time to absorb, especially in clay
• Works in all soil types including heavy clay - soil must be very moist but not wet. If tines clog, soil may be too dry or wet. If tines can’t penetrate, soil is too dry. Aerate only when VERY MOIST
